Experience of Exchange Server (2000, 2007, 2010, 2013) with active directory. Designing Implementation and Administration of MS Exchange server 2000,2007,2010,2013 Migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2013 Good General Administrat ion Concepts. Backup and disaster recovery Routing Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts. Troubleshoot issues at both the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side. Prior knowledge Exchange UC & networking products (preferred but not essential), and or networking operating systems is required. Experience building relationships with customers Strong customer servi ce, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Self-motivation and an ability to use initiative Flexibility and ability to adapt to ambiguous and changing situations Ability to manage high-pressure situations Fluent in English (writt en and oral) is mandatory Provide the quick and accurate solutions to the customers# problems. Meet all follow up commitments made with customers. Aligning with Customer#s business time, represent Microsoft and communicate with customers via telephon e, remote assistance, written correspondence, electronic service in a timely manner according to the service level agreement. Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs may involve writing custom code. Participate in case triage m eetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions. Write technical articles and sample programs for Microsoft s knowledge base. Manage the healthy progress of service requests. Ensure escalating to senior and es calation resources at the right time with the right information. Collaborate on cross-team and cross product technical issues by working with resources from other groups and product team as needed to resolve customer issues..
