Beinex is looking for the best-in-class UI/ UX designer for its office at Kochi in Kerala.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Create personas through user research and data
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)

**Key Skills Requirements**:

- Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience on UI designing
- Hands-on experience in tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator & Visual Studio Code
- An eye for detail and in-depth understanding of design elements such as layouts, colors, typography, etc.
- Debugging code and re-designing web pages. Testing the website to ensure it is working properly
- A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly
- Should be both an individual contributor and team player
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
