**Role/Purpose**
- We are currently hiring several IT Executives to work for a major US-based software company. We are looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented individuals to work in the following areas:
- Monitoring of servers and network devices to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Management and backup of servers, Hyper-V workstations and network configuration.
- Managing SQL Server backup and restores.
- Managing Hyper-V clients including backups and restoring using Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Manage Forticlient Antivirus Endpoint protection server updates, WSUS updates, WDS, file & print services.
- Monitor and resolve network related issues, like servers or services not responding.
- Installation, configuration and managing of Windows 10 workstations.
- Troubleshooting SQL Server, MS Outlook and internet related issues.
- Co-ordination with vendors for timely resolutions on hardware related issues.
- User and security access management using Active Directory Services.
- Excellent communication skills both in Hindi and English, should be able to speak and write effectively.
- Manage other adhoc IT work as assigned by the management.
- Knowledge of SharePoint will be an added advantage.
