The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company's business operations. This individual will work closely with various departments, including payroll, recruitment and accounts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment law, contract labour laws among others.
- Draft and validate contracts / agreements with clients and vendors
- Manage litigation, including working with external stakeholders and representing the company in court or arbitration proceedings.
- Preparing and submitting CLRA registers and returns with respect to employment laws.
- Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, terminations, and compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- At least 0-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a staffing company or a related industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
