**Job Tittle: AutoCAD Draughtsman (Steel Fabrication and Steel Bridge Industry)**

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our team in the steel fabrication and steel bridge industry. As an AutoCAD Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. Your drawings will serve as the foundation for steel fabrication and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpretation of Design Specifications: Review and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and design specifications provided by engineers and architects.

Drafting and Detailing: Use AutoCAD software to create precise 2D and 3D drawings of steel structures, components, and connections. This includes producing detailed views, sections, elevations, and plans.

Material Takeoffs and Quantity Calculations: Estimate material quantities required for fabrication, such as steel beams, plates, and fasteners. Calculate lengths, areas, volumes, and weights based on the drawings.

Dimensioning and Annotation: Add accurate dimensions, labels, and annotations to the drawings, including part numbers, welding symbols, surface finishes, and tolerances.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings align with project requirements. Attend meetings to discuss design modifications and resolve conflicts.

Compliance with Standards and Codes: Adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations relevant to steel fabrication and construction. Ensure that drawings meet all necessary specifications.

Revision and Documentation Control: Update and revise drawings as the design progresses and changes occur. Manage versions and maintain accurate document control to track changes effectively.

Quality Control and Accuracy: Pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in drawings to avoid errors during fabrication and construction. Perform quality checks on drawings and provide feedback as needed.

Support Fabrication and Construction Teams: Assist the fabrication shop and construction site by clarifying drawings, answering queries, and collaborating on problem-solving during the construction phase.

Continued Learning: Stay updated with advancements in AutoCAD software, industry practices, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques.
- Must have 3 + yrs of experience.
- Experience in steel fabrication and steel bridge industry is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of engineering and construction principles, including relevant codes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
