A very well reputed company require a CNC Programmer cum Operator with a minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Valve Industry

Previous work experience in gulf countries is preferred

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**CNC programmer cum operator, specialized in Turning.**

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Accommodation provided by the company

Transportation provided by the company

**Job Role**:
1.Individually operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, boring, facing, grooving etc.

2.Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

3.Make program in CNC programming code so the machines can perform the correct function.

4.Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

5.Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to machining drawing

6.Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts

7.Prepare any fixtures required for the machines to execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result

8.Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly in all means.

9.Check, clean and maintain the assigned machine daily to ensure functionality

10.Ensure marking and tagging for the valve, as per assigned duty if applicable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
