Ayurveda Physician

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Ayurveda Physician cum Clinic In-Charge to join our Ayurvedic treatment center in Malaysia. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinic operations, providing patient-centric care, leading a dedicated team, and contributing to revenue generation.

**Requirements**:

- BAMS and MD in Panchakarma or related specialisation from a prestigious institution in India (preferred)
- 5+ years of Ayurvedic treatment experience
- Fluent in both English and Tamil
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedicated to maintaining a culture of honesty and transparency in all professional interactions and embodying these qualities in your overall approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct health screenings and confident diagnoses
- Tailor personalised Ayurvedic treatments based on patient health conditions
- Oversee treatments administered by therapists and follow up on patient progress
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for smooth clinic operations
- Lead and guide a diverse clinic team
- Manage pharmacy inventory and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with the digital content creation team and integrate patient feedback
- Align with the clinic's vision and contribute to revenue generation through exceptional patient care and service enhancements

**Working Hours**:

- Clinic Hours: 8 am to 7 pm (Tuesday to Sunday)

**Work Location: Malaysia**
