**Job Summary**:
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow banking and investment relationships with current HNI clients.
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by exceeding client expectations.
- Identify and nurture potential relationships with additional revenue potential.
- Business Development:
- Generate incremental business by proactively selling a full range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential HNI clients.
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen relationships and increase wallet share.
- Customer Engagement:
- Ensure portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining desired relationship values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service and sales satisfaction for mapped clients.
- Investment Advisory:
- Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients.
- Drive revenue generation through products such as mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
- Process and Audit:
- Ensure all sales activities are recorded online as per organizational processes.
- Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in banking or wealth management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
