Dispatch Supervisor

We are a growing company in the **garment industry (menswear)**, specializing in high-quality products. To support our operations, we are looking for a **Dispatch Executive** who can efficiently manage warehouse operations, handle dispatches, and maintain inventory records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee **daily dispatch operations** to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and internal teams for smooth dispatch.
- Maintain and update **inventory records**, stock reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper **packaging, labeling, and quality checks** before dispatch.
- Monitor inward & outward stock movement and reconcile with system records.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and reporting to management.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- **1-3 years of experience** in warehouse/distribution/dispatch (garment industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **inventory management and dispatch processes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel / ERP software** for stock tracking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
