Mandatory technical skills for Data Science SME
- Programming in Python with a strong hands-on experience
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics
- Statistical Analysis: Descriptive and Inferential Statistics, Probability Distributions, Hypothesis Testing, Statistical Tests like Z Test, Chi-Square Test, t -test etc.
- Data Visualization using Python: Univariate and Bivariate Analysis. Strong skills in interpretation and drawing the business insights from the plots
- Data Preprocessing Techniques, Feature Engineering using PCA, LDA etc.
- Machine Learning: Supervised and unsupervised algorithms
- Advanced Machine Learning: Bagging and Boosting Techniques
- Time Series Analysis: ARIMA, SARIMA, Holt-Winter's model etc.
- Neural Networks: ANN, CNN, Transfer Learning, Pre-trained Models, RNN, LSTM
- Natural Language Processing: Text Processing
NLP using Deep neural networks: BERT Models, Transformers, Encoders and Decoders
- GenAI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering Techniques, Building RAG Models, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agentic AI
