**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and assistance in making purchase decisions.

**Sales and Upselling**:

- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and suggesting complementary products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

**Folding and Packing**:

- Ensure that clothing items are neatly folded and presented attractively on shelves and displays.
- Pack purchased items efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Billing and Transactions**:

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions.
- Handle cash and card payments securely and provide accurate change.

**Inventory Management**:

- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise deliveries.

**Adherence to SOPs**:

- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures for various store activities.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and guidelines.

**Maintain Store Cleanliness**:

- Keep the store area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours or when required.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product features, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information to customers about the products available

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
