**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion.
- Provide pre and post-operative care for clients undergoing dermatological procedures.
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all clinic safety, sanitation, and sterilization protocols.
- Assist in managing clinic inventory of skincare products and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the medical aesthetics industry.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Certified Esthetician diploma from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a clinical or medical spa setting.
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, skin biology, and various skin conditions.
- Proficiency in performing advanced facial treatments and using related equipment.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, compassionate demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Strong commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
