**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on skincare routines, treatments, and the use of skincare products.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update training materials, manuals, and lesson plans that align with industry standards and emerging trends.
- **Hands-On Demonstrations**: Provide practical demonstrations of various skincare techniques, including facials, exfoliation, chemical peels, and other related treatments.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate students' progress through practical assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions, ensuring they meet the required competencies.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare products, tools, and techniques, and incorporate this knowledge into the training programs.
- **Customer Service Training**: Instruct students on best practices for client consultation, skin analysis, and personalized skincare recommendations.
- **Safety and Hygiene**: Educate students on the importance of maintaining hygiene standards and safety protocols during skincare treatments.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Dermatology.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Previous experience in a training or educational role is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
