**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Gwala Infrastructure's real estate projects and services.
- Understand the customer’s real estate needs and offer suitable property solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
- Provide detailed information on property pricing, features, and available offers.
- Maintain and update client databases using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets and sales goals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and Gwala Infrastructure's project offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and property trends.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
