**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** to identify potential leads, build lists, and create targeted ad campaigns to drive conversions.
- Perform **keyword research**, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to drive campaign success.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-quality ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Manage budgets and bids to maximize campaign performance while maintaining a positive ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, PPC tools, and industry best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing **PPC campaigns** on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong working knowledge of **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** for prospecting and sales lead generation.
- Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of **SEO** is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
