Analyse Industry trends and financial performance of the company to develop and implement financial performance metrics in the company
- Develop financial plans and budgets after collaboration with department heads and understanding of overall business objectives.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure budgetary adherence and financial discipline.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Qualification: Degree in Commerce or Masters in Management
- **Should have 1 to 5 years of experience in Managing Finance and Accounts Department of FMEG/Engineering Goods Industry**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the accounts receivable and payable functions, overseeing invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to accurately track production costs and inventory valuation.
- Conduct regular cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and address any audit findings.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
