**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **React.js Developer** with minimum 3-4 years of experience. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the front-end experience for CashKaro and EarnKaro.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Optimize website performance and user experience through testing and analytics.-
- Contribute to the creation of style guides and design documentation,-
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.-
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.-
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.-
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.-
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.**Must-Have Skills**:
**Expert in Front End Web Design using React**- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Web Design experience using React. Should have strong projects to show their skill
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma
- Expert proficiency in Figma, along with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
- Should be able to demonstrate exceptionally made sites
- **Strong knowledge of Next.js, React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)**- Strong command over JavaScript, including ES6+
- **Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms like SASS or LESS**- Strong knowledge of **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and **JavaScript**.
- Strong knowledge of SASS or LESS - pre-processing platforms
- Strong understanding of front-end frameworks like TailwindCSS
- **Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and TailwindCSS**-
- Knowledge of how to meet Google Page Load guidelines
- Familiarity with tools like **Google Lighthouse** and **GTmetrix** for performance audits.
- **Knowledge of SEO Best Practices**- Should have an understanding of SEO best practices
- **Continuous Learning and Upskilling**:
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.
