**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Management**:
Efficiently enter data into Excel sheet.

Maintain and update records related to factory operations.

**Billing and Invoice Verification**:
Verify bills and invoices received from suppliers and service providers.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.

**Attendance and Labor Management**:
Maintain and update attendance records of factory staff.

Assist in handling labor-related documentation and queries.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Prepare reports as required by management.

Maintain documentation related to daily operations.

**Communication and Coordination**:
Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role preferred.
- Minimum Graduate
- Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Good communication skills

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in a factory environment and adhere to operational protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
