**- New product development in Bedding/made-ups,
- Knowledge in creation of new concepts and developments in Prints, jacquard, dobby and embroideries.
- Eye for Texture, color and produce different pattern of Textile.
- Creation of theme mood boards as per the seasonal trend and ability to forecast new styles.
- Familiar with technologies like têxtile printing, jacquard, embroideries and Adobe.
- Creation of new artworks and development of creative designing concepts.
- Design development for Export and Domestic market.
- Managing and developing the downline team for scanning, re-coloring, editing and creating new concepts for bedding design layouts.
- Creation of Seasonal moods and color brands and taking care of design corrections, color approvals and color matching following up with factory for smoother execution.
