We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team as a full-time employee, helping us create impactful, visually engaging video content for our diverse client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos, promos, and social media content.
- Ensure that video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Work closely with the content team to align on objectives and creative direction.
- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, and audio for a polished finish.
- Handle color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks for seamless quality.
- Manage video assets, ensuring organized storage and easy accessibility.
- Implement feedback from team members and adjust videos as needed.
- Enhance video quality based on performance data and viewer feedback.
- Stay updated with video editing trends and techniques.
- Suggest new ideas to make video content engaging and fresh.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
- Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in graphic design or motion graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
- Understanding of social media video formats and requirements.
- Basic knowledge of camera operation and videography techniques.
