We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at **Hi - Tech Rubber Industries, Mohali**. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize **Vernier Caliper and Micro Meter **for precise measurements.
- **Ability to handle the laborers.**:

- **Punctual and Disciplined.**:

- Design parts, troubleshoot equipment, and conduct testing procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical team activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering **(B.Tech).**:

- Minimum of **1-2 years of relevant experience.**:

- Proficiency in using **Vernier Caliper and Micro Meter.**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including day or night shifts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary Range**:₹15,000 to ₹22,000** per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
