**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing, laminating, slitting, pouch-making, and other packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production and utility equipment.
- Ensure timely maintenance of compressors, chilling plants, air dryers, and material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Follow safety protocols, lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency and reliability.
- Report to the Maintenance Manager and assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality management systems.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems used in printing and packaging machinery.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of Flexo/Rotogravure printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching machines preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible approach.

**Educational Qualification**:

- **ITI / Diploma** in Mechanical

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
