Structural Draughtsman

Create Shop drawings as per IFC drawings,

Work under the instruction of the project supervisor to complete designs and drafting work including drawings within negotiated standards of time, cost and quality

Resolves checked drawings

Completes as-built by utilizing RFIs, ECNs and red-marked drawings from construction to develop “Conformed to Construction Records” as required

Completion of drawings/designs using Revit

Production of client standard 2D drawings for various clients

Develop skills to prepare drawings, sketches and layouts using basic drafting techniques

Completion of drawings/designs using REVIT and AutoCAD

Completion of drawings/designs using CAD, Revit and other software

Create 2D drawings for design approval & shop fabrication

Pick up redlines on shop drawings & general arrangement packages
