The role involves managing various financial activities related to accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. **Roles and responsibilities** - To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company's activities. - To record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. - To process supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit terms. - To manage customer invoicing and collections, maintaining a healthy cash flow. - To reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. - To monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. - To process employee expense reports and verify supporting documentation. - To provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making. - To assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. - To prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation. - To prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - To verify statutory documents and payouts. **Requirement** - 2+ Years Experience in Accounts Field - Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles. - Exceptional math skills. - Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office. - High level of efficiency and accuracy.
