- Calling and identifying new and potential customers to update them about the recent services and to obtain more input o n their requirement to create a suitable offer.
- Updating the database with all the customer's information.
- Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
- Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Manager.
- Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
- Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
- Requirements
- +2 to Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience as a Tele sales Executive, Tele sales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
