Back Office Executive

Responsibilities
- **Data Management**: Inputting, organizing, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handling filing, managing correspondence, and performing other general office duties.
- **Transaction Processing**: Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Coordination**: Liaising with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- **Support**: Assisting the front office team, management, and other staff with various tasks.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
**Required Skills**:
- **Data Entry & Management**: Accurate and efficient data entry and database management.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with relevant administrative software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills to manage records, files, and tasks effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data and reports.
- **Teamwork & Independence**: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, though other graduates may also be considered.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a back office, administrative, or similar support role is often beneficial.
