- **Roles & Responsibilities - Production monitoring and support**
- Help with overall success of the project, Including the time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through the regular meetings and written communication
- Attend kick-off meeting, coordination meetings and weekly review meetings
- Ensure smooth communication between client and India team is established and scope and schedule are well understood
- Managing the change control process
- Quality check and quick changes in the model / shop drawings, etc.
- Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other stake holders, at all project stages
- Raise the flag if there are concerns, poor communication, Quality issues and delays
- Experienced in BIM coordination or MEP
- Hands-on knowledge of Revit and Navisworks

**Job Specification**:

- Should have 5 - 15 years’ experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Good Knowledge of BIM software platforms
