Requirements:
1) Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably with field marketing exposure in the sports and goods industry.

2) Sound knowledge of the Indian sports and goods market, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, build relationships, and deliver effective presentations.

4) Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to influence customer buying decisions and generate sales leads.

5) Ability to plan, organize, and execute field marketing activities independently, managing multiple locations and engagements simultaneously.

6) Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer queries, overcome objections, and resolve issues in real-time.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and meet revenue targets for sports and goods in India.

Identify target areas and potential customer segments through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Plan and execute regular visits to sports clubs, gyms, retail stores, and other relevant locations to promote products, conduct demonstrations, and generate leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and influential individuals in the sports and goods industry.

Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
