Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of design drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on project design and development.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather relevant information.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other professionals.
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Software Proficiency:Architectural Design Software:

- **AutoCAD**: Proficiency in creating detailed architectural drawings.
- **Revit**: Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for creating and managing building data.
- **SketchUp**: Ability to create 3D models and visualizations.
- **ArchiCAD**: Knowledge of this BIM software for architectural design.
- **Rhino**: Experience with 3D modeling and design.

Rendering and Visualization Software:

- **3ds Max**: Skills in creating high-quality renderings and animations.
- **V-Ray**: Proficiency in rendering realistic images and scenes.
- **Lumion**: Experience in real-time 3D visualization.
- **Enscape**: Knowledge of real-time rendering and virtual reality.
- **Twinmotion**: Ability to create interactive 3D models and environments.

Graphic Design and Presentation Software:

- **Adobe Photoshop**: Skills in photo editing and image manipulation.
- **Adobe Illustrator**: Proficiency in vector graphics and illustrations.
- **Adobe InDesign**: Experience in creating layouts and presentations.
- **CorelDRAW**: Knowledge of this graphic design software.

Project Management and Documentation Software:

- **Microsoft Office Suite**: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
- **Microsoft Project**: Experience in project planning and scheduling.

Pay: ₹16,500.53 - ₹28,617.80 per month
