**We are seeking a medical biller who will be responsible for handling and transferring patient information, submission of claims to insurance companies, and also ensures that the payments for medical services are received in a timely manner.**

**_Responsibilities and Duties _**
- To ensure that all patient information is accurate and complete and request any missing patient information.
- To obtain and review referrals and authorizations for treatments.
- To follow and adhere to all regulations and guidelines set by state programs, and HMO/PPO, etc.
- To transfer insurance claims and billing data to billing software.
- To develop and maintain a tracking system of incoming and late payments.
- To handle and answer all patient or insurance telephone inquiries.
- To handle fresh claims.

**_Requirement_**
- The business is aligned with US business hours, therefore working in night shifts or 24hrs rotational shifts in India is required.
- In exceptional cases, partial overlap with business hours can be accepted.
- Should be result oriented and a team player.
- Proficiency with **Electronic Medical records (EMR).**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with UB04 and CMS1500 claims.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
