WE'RE HIRING | FULL-TIME VISUAL CONTENT CREATOR (GRAPHICS, PHOTO-VIDEO, & DESIGN)

Location: Kalbadevi, Mumbai

Position: Full-Time | In-Office Only

**Salary**: ₹40,000 per month (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

1. Photo & Videography:
Plan and execute high-quality product shoots, styling, reels, campaign videos, and other visual content to enhance brand storytelling and digital presence.

2. Social Media Management:
Plan and schedule posts, create engaging content, manage interactions, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

3. Creative Conceptualization:
Develop compelling visual concepts for product illustrations, packaging, labels, campaigns, social media, and branding materials.

4. Design Execution:
Create high-quality designs using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ensure all creatives are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and ready for digital or print use.

5. Brand Management:
The role also involves brand execution and coordination by collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to maintain consistent messaging and timely campaign delivery. Additionally, you will conduct competitor research and bring fresh content inspiration, oversee printing and production processes, manage multiple projects efficiently, and organize digital assets for easy retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including lighting, framing, and editing, is essential for content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- Portfolio of previous work to showcase experience and creativity
