**Job Summary**:
Command Centre Executive will be responsible tob> /b>Execute continuous operational use of CCTV and Access Control System (ACS) within the respective Command Center.

**Essential Functions**:

- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Periodic review of functions/system updates of CCTV and its working condition as per policies.
- Periodic review and maintenance of it in cohesion with Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Public Address System (PAS), to check functionality in case of emergency.
- Provide/revoke Access Cards as per the profile designated by respective Manager/Group Manager/BU head, after confirmation/approval from Security Manager/Regional Security Manager.
- Maintain all such reports for Audit purposes. if any incident is possibly going to affect operations
- Communicate with Vendor to undertake timely preventive maintenance of equipment and systems to avoid any downtime/lapse in system, thus enabling seamless operation.
- All other duties, as assigned.

**Education, Experience, and Certifications**:
**Competencies**:

- Handling inbound/outbound mail.
- Adept in working over MS Excel.
- Fluent in local vernacular and English.

- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Regular computer usage.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
