**Associate Graphic Designer**

Afternoon Shift : 2 pm-10 pm IST (Mon -Fri)

**Level**:1-2 years experience

**Please note**:This role will be 50% PowerPoint design work, with the other 50% being graphic design/animation.

You will be part of our experienced Global Marketing Team and report to the Head of Brand Design. Your role will focus on executing innovative presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides, as well as other marketing assets, for example animated gifs and mp4 social posts, following the company’s brand guidelines. You’ll have previous experience in PowerPoint or Google slides, producing slick, professional decks that help sellers sell, which you can demonstrate in your portfolio.

You’ll be working to tight deadlines and communicating effectively to internal stakeholders on the progress of your work. You will be working primarily with the Central Marketing EMEA and APAC Marketing Teams, as well as servicing stakeholders across the globe.

You will be setting up master templates, redesigning slides, adding animation and creating infographics. You will already be proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe, with good knowledge of good InDesign online documents, Photoshop and Illustrator. Though the bulk of your work is centred around presentation design, you’re also proficient and willing in other areas of design. Confident in creating inspiring presentations, you work efficiently within brand guidelines with great accuracy and speed.

**Key Responsibilities & Skills**
- **Pre-graduate graphic design or equivalent**:

- **PowerPoint/Google slides **skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Adobe software including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator on a Mac
- Creating gifs in photoshop or After effects
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects/Premier) for video editing
- Illustration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Layout, digital design, colour and typography skills
- Willing to support team across other design pieces other than presentation
- Highly organised and able to assist with determining project scope
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.

**Desired (but not essential) software/skills**
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Front-end development skills HTML, CSS and Java
