**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Follow call scripts and standard procedures to handle various customer scenarios.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English (or other required languages)**.
- Prior experience in an **international voice process/BPO/call center** is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to work in **night shifts**.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
