Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to clients effectively, highlighting the features and benefits that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques through training and professional development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
