**Role & responsibilities**
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Ensure compliance with CMS and payer guidelines
- Work closely with physicians for documentation improvement
- Assist in denial management and appeal processes
- Strong knowledge of **ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS** coding guidelines
- Proficiency in **MS-DRG, APCs, and revenue cycle processes**:

- Experience in coding for **inpatient, outpatient, emergency department (ED), and surgery**:

- Ability to audit and validate coded records for compliance
- Certification**:CPC, CCS** (AHIMA or AAPC)
- Experience**:2-5 years in acute care coding**

**Only Work from Office**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
