Job Description: Assistant Manager - Operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Nutritional Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs, including reviewing medical history, lab results, and current diet.
- Evaluate patients' weight, blood work, and other clinical indicators to understand their nutritional status.
- **Care Plan Development**:

- Develop individualized care plans tailored to patients' needs, taking into account medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, or gastrointestinal issues.
- Set realistic nutrition goals and create a dietary plan that promotes recovery, health maintenance, or disease management.
- **Dietary Counseling and Education**:

- Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition, meal planning, and food safety.
- Provide counseling on modifying eating habits to achieve health goals or manage conditions.
- Help patients understand the role of nutrition in their health and recovery process.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Regularly monitor patients’ progress by tracking changes in weight, lab results, and adherence to dietary recommendations.
- Adjust care plans as needed to reflect changes in patients' health status.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to provide integrated care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, care plans, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- **Meal Planning and Menu Development**:

- In hospital or care facility settings, assist in designing and reviewing hospital menus or meal plans for patients with specific dietary needs.
- Ensure that food services align with clinical dietary requirements.
- **Research and Continuing Education**:

- Stay current on the latest research in nutrition and dietetics.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain certifications and enhance clinical knowledge.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Experience in clinical nutrition or healthcare settings, with knowledge of medical nutrition therapy.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and the healthcare team.
- Analytical skills for interpreting lab results, medical records, and dietary assessments.
- Knowledge of various medical conditions and their nutritional requirements.
- Ability to design and implement individualized nutrition plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
