Tetrahedron (TMS) is building its team and hiring for Integrated Digital Marketing in Marketing Department as Fresher’s (Interns and Trainees).

Tetrahedron started in 2014 and is growing at a 300% Yr-on-Yr basis with 150 active clients across India. We are one of India's Largest End-to-End Service providers to Manufacturing Companies.

We have been working on providing Manufacturing Excellence, Training Services, High-Tech Consulting Solutions, Industry 4.0 Solutions & Low-Cost Automation (LCA) solutions to the Indian industries for the past five years. We are a team of highly motivated people from various reputed colleges of the country and are looking to expand our team for rising future demands.

Role & Responsibility:

- Use customer data such as web behavior to drive the message and content personalization.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

**Qualification**:

- Graduation in any stream.
- Should have a diploma in Digital Marketing.
- Graduation in any Marketing Field would be preferable.
- Basic Knowledge of SEO/SEM.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Basic skills in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.

**Skills**:

- Following skills are required for this job role
- Should have any Practical Experience in any module of digital marketing.
- Content Writing & Copywriting skills should be good.
- Must be a Good Listener
- Must be a Good Team Leader.
- Knowledge of MS- Office especially MS Excel, Google Sheets & PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and be able to present himself/herself in Internal Meetings.

**Duration: -**6 months probation period + PPO (depending upon performance)

**Salary Package and Stipend (Trainee): -**Intern / Trainee: 7K
