Assistant Professor in Pharmacy

We are currently seeking a **highly motivated and qualified M. Pharma holder** to join our faculty as an **Assistant Professor** in the **Department of Pharmacy**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Mentoring**: Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and workshops for undergraduate and diploma pharmacy students.
- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in designing and updating pharmacy courses to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Research & Publications**: Engage in research activities, publish papers in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
- **Lab Supervision**: Oversee laboratory sessions, ensuring proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Student Guidance**: Mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career planning.
- **Administrative Duties**: Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation processes.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: M. Pharma (Master of Pharmacy) from a recognized university.
- **Specialization**: Any field within Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.).
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience is preferred, but freshers with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students effectively in learning and research.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and learning management systems (LMS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
