Looking for ICU In-charge for an reputed hospital, situated at Bhilai (CG)

Qualification
- B.Sc. -Nursing/ GNM

Experience
- 5 to 6 yrs

Role & responsibilities:

- Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
- Provides for professional growth and development of ICU staff through identification of needs, sponsoring training programs, encouraging education (formal and continuing) efforts and evaluation of it.
- Counsels employees, develops staff and, as appropriate, utilizes the disciplinary process.
- Plans and maintains staffing pattern for the ICU meeting the patient’s need for continuity of care and level of care.
- Serves as a clinical resource person and assists ICU personnel in assessing patient/family status to plan patient’s care.
- Communicates with patient and health professionals regarding care to the patient.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
