**CONTEXT OF THE ROLE: You will be required to**
- Visit the desired school and understand the student and school requirement and prepare an indepth product-implementation plan.
- Understand the technical requirements for the set-up of a digital platform in the school setting.
- Execute the product Implementation within the agreed timelines. This point may require extended stay and work of 2 or more months at a stretch at the location of the school in India.
- Win the customer’s trust and goodwill by being there to hand-hold whenever required during the stay and afterward.
- Monitor school’s operations, product experience, and operational outcomes (using internal dashboards and customer calls) and ensure that the product is working well on customer sites.
- Responsible for providing client feedback to refine the vision and strategy, and educate inbound product managers on detailed feature ideas to the product roadmap.
- Provide an after-implementation call to the customer’s facility to review the project and identify any gaps that may exist.
- Strategies and put in place a plan for feedback and user experience of the Product.
- Partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and provide report on customer feedback

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- The product implementation specialist role is a client or customer-facing role, so it is vital that applicants are customer-service oriented and are focused on customer happiness, success and retention.
- 2 or more years’ experience of working with rural schools, government schools & body.
- Minimum 5 years plus experience in training/ teaching, product implementation or school operations
- Good English and Hindi / Regional communication skills
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Process improvement, Implementation, or Technology, or in a field relevant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
