**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents.
- Conduct audits and prepare audit reports under the guidance of senior auditors.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Support in the preparation of various reports and presentations for clients.
- Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and financial practices.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on work progress.
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing CA (IPCC/Intermediate level) with a recognized institute.
- Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

**Experience**:

- Prior internship or work experience in a CA firm is a plus but not mandatory.
