**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and brand requirements for the hotel project.
- Develop innovative architectural designs that enhance the guest experience and align with the project objectives.
- Create compelling design concepts, including the exterior facade, interior spaces, and overall layout of the hotel.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into the hotel's design.
- Conduct thorough site analysis and research to ensure the design integrates harmoniously with the local context.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams, including interior designers, engineers, and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Collaborate with contractors and construction teams during the construction phase to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hotel design.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to effectively communicate design concepts and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience (specialized in hotel designing)
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects, highlighting creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other architectural tools.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, guest flow, and industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Application Instructions:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,383.30 - ₹57,007.52 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
