**Position Overview**:
As the Billing cum Cashier Staff at Satyahara, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service during the checkout process and ensuring accurate and efficient billing and cash handling. Your role as the Billing cum Cashier Staff will involve processing transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Billing and Checkout**:

- Efficiently scan and process products for customers at the checkout counter using the store's ERP / Billing system.
- Ensure the correct prices, discounts, and promotions are applied to items during the billing process.
- Double-check product codes and prices to maintain accuracy in transactions.

**Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
- Process electronic payments, such as Google Pay, credit and debit cards.
- Reconcile cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift.

**Customer Service**:
**Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and helpful attitude throughout their shopping experience.**

**Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.**

**Packaging and Gift Wrapping**:

- Ensure that products are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Offer gift-wrapping services for customers' purchases if applicable.

**Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of gift cards, vouchers, and other payment instruments issued by the store.
- Monitor the availability of billing supplies, such as receipt rolls and shopping bags, and notify the supervisor when restocking is required.

**Cash Register Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier's workstation.
- Report any malfunctions or technical issues with the ERP system to the appropriate personnel.

**Compliance and Security**:

- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to maintain security and prevent fraud.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethical practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree, diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in cashiering is a plus).
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions efficiently.
- Positive and friendly demeanour to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
