**Devops Job Profile**:

- Good experience in Agile Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Architecture Capability, Quality and Governance.
- Hands-on Agile Digital Platform Delivery of the full lifecycle, including end to end Business Processes, Business Readiness, User Adoption, Programme and Quality Management.
- Expert in Quality frameworks including Scaled Agile, DevOps models, CMMI and ITIL Success in Enterprise Strategy and Change Management.
- Extensive people management has included culture and organization re-design. Expertise in Digital / IT Programme / Operational turnaround and Systems Integration.

**Devops duties and responsibilities**:

- DevOps Technical Roadmap for the team of six Product Owners, including Developer Experience, Tooling, Test Assurance, Test Data Management, Non-Functional Testing and Operational Excellence teams.
- Ensure teams’ roadmaps are aligned to the strategic direction of the Engineering Quality and Developer Experience teams and align to in the wider Product and Platforms Roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering Leadership to ensure correct prioritization of cross team goals, using the North Star Approach.
- Track progress against technical goals and OKRs and understand the impact on other teams/business metrics
- Priorities incoming work against business and technical objectives; ensuring there is a balance between new work, maintenance, fixing issues; strategic and tactical work for the Cloud-only 10x Banking Platform.
- Coordinate the up-skilling process for Product and Engineering Teams to become fully crossfunctional, taking ownership of the quality (functional and non-functional), DevOps CI / CD build and deployment of their services, Monitoring and Alerting and Container Estate Management.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across Platform, Infrastructure & Security, and Product and Engineering teams to ensure and assure scope of Microservice and API Connector Architecture.
- Senior Leadership, empowering the teams to achieve more and embrace DevOps Ways of Working (test sooner, generate more ideas, think broadly), valuing outcome over output.
- Lead on the delivery of the Atlassian toolset Devops requirements and qualifications: - 5 to 10 years of experience as a Devops Business Architecture or similar role
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

- Good time-management skills
- Great communication skills in English.
