**Position**: Business Development Trainee (B2B Sales)

**Location**: Mumbai

**Work Timings**: Mon to Fri (9:30am - 6:00pm) Sat (9:30am - 2pm)

About the Role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Training: Participate in a structured training program to learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Direct Sales: Engage with potential customers through various channels including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and virtual presentations to promote and sell our products/services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and identifying new sales opportunities and trends.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members and departments to achieve overall company goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
