**Description**:
Support the delivery of a range of marketing projects that successfully enhances Simplify Healthcare’s digital presence and optimizes the customer experience and engagement. The Digital & Graphic Designer should be able to conceptualize and deliver memorable digital and non-digital designs across online and offline channels; fully comprehend a design brief’s requirements/goals and independently deliver on its objectives and expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Marketing team to coordinate projects from the initial concept through to final production.
- **Marketing Collateral**
- **Video Editing and Animation**
- Assist in design and editing of audience-centric communications and content across all digital touch-points and software.
- Conceptualize, film, edit and produce video content.
- Assist with the media production of live events.
- **UX/UI Design**
- Deliver graphic user design, user interface and user experience design in several mobile and web properties.
- Convert concepts into wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and prototypes
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Test for user experience
- Work creatively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging and effective multimedia content.
- Contribute to development of design and branding guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Competencies**
- Expert level of competence with latest trends in: multimedia, web design, graphic design, UX/UI design and digital marketing
- Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
- Ability to take designs from concept to finished artwork, independently
- Video editing and animation experience
- Experience in designing for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google paid campaigns
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience working with website CMS, such as Wordpress and Squarespace
- Working knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS
- **Functional Competencies**
- Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interface with clients and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and guidance to complete the assigned task
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and strong commitment to quality
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to self-manage work loads
- Able to work well in a team-based, collaborative environment
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Graphic and Digital Design, Video editing and animation, and UX/UI design
