Role Overview:
We are looking for a Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting our learners with top companies, facilitating job and internship opportunities, and providing career guidance to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve target placement rates

Student engagement and counselling.

Establish and maintain employer relations.

Facilitate job placements and internships.

Maintain placement database and generate regular reports

Provide career guidance and resources.

Ideal Background:
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus)

Strong communication and networking skills.

Knowledge of career development and job market trends.

Experience with placement operations in an edtech startup is an added advantage

Prior exposure to the Construction, Architecture, or Design industry is a strong plus

Job Types : Full-time | Permanent

Location : Work from Office (Mumbai)

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience.

Monthly Incentives: Based on performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
