Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Conduct regular patrols to safeguard property and assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond to alarms and incidents, providing assistance and support as required.
- Maintain daily logs and incident reports with clear and accurate details.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors and employees as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
- Strong observation and surveillance skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform regular patrols and respond to incidents promptly.
- Valid security guard license or certification is preferred.
