The Draftman (Architect) will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and detailed technical drawings, primarily related to maps and grids. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, AutoCAD software, and the ability to interpret and translate technical specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Map Creation and Editing: Create, edit, and update maps using AutoCAD

Griding and Layout: Develop and implement grid systems for various projects, considering factors like scale, orientation, and zoning requirements.

Technical Drawing Preparation: Prepare technical drawings, such as site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections, based on architectural designs and engineering specifications.

Dimensioning and Annotation: Accurately dimension and annotate drawings to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Quality Control: Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to drafting standards.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to project teams regarding drafting and design-related questions.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or certificate in Architectural Drafting or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD software

Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, including scale, projection, and dimensioning.

Ability to interpret and translate technical specifications and drawings.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with other drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).

Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software.

Understanding of construction materials and methods.
